Built in the 1860s and beautifully refurbished, Pickwick’s Place is a charming hideaway nestled within the quiet courtyard of Church Square.

With exposed beams, warm tones and cosy corners throughout, this cottage blends historic character with modern comfort — perfect for families, friends or couples seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

About the property

Accessed from the communal square and up two steps to the first-floor entrance, the cottage opens into a welcoming lounge complete with comfortable seating — an inviting space to relax after a day exploring Broadstairs.

A spiral staircase leads down to the well-lit basement kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dining table seating four, dishwasher and washing machine.

On the second floor, you’ll find a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The main bedroom is located on the third floor and features a luxurious double bed, creating a quiet and restful retreat at the top of the house.

Important information

Please note that the cottage is arranged over four floors, connected by a steep spiral staircase. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Pets

Well-behaved furry companions are welcome.

A £25 pet fee applies per stay.
